Powered by Podbean.com The noise eventually stopped around noon so I went out into the back garden to sort out the jungle. I pulled up all the Ivy in front of the raised bed and pulled out the Campanulas because they were taking over but I know they'll come back. I moved the bird table which was in the corner so now I can see it from the kitchen window. Because I knew I was going to move it I hadn't bothered putting any food on it. After I'd moved it I could hear a bird chirping away and looked up to see a little sparrow sitting on the guttering at the corner of my other neighbour's roof (the neighbour that isn't noisy!). He was chirping non-stop so I said to him "alright, alright, I'll put some seed out now, greedy guts" and I went and got the bag of bird seed and spread some out on the table. He had stopped chirping and I looked up and said "there you are, I've put some food out for you, you can stop nagging me now" and as I turned to walk away he flew down onto... (more)

Ternyata....gampang-gampang susah melakukan wawancara karyawan baru.Gampang, soalnya tinggal nanya-nanya pertanyaan standar yang sudah disiapkan sebelumnya dan tinggal mendengarkan segala ocehan dari yang diwawancarai..(gampang kan? :p)Susah, ternyata susah kalau (calon) karyawan yang kita wawancarai ternyata tidak memenuhi kriteria yang kita mau dan ternyata mereka dengan jitunya berhasil membuat pewawancara percaya-percaya saja punya skill tertentu..Huehehe..gimana siy yang wawancara????*jd inget dulu waktu diwawancara buat masuk ke suatu perusahaan telekomunkasi dengan market leader terbesar nasional...dan bertanya-tanya dalam hati, pertimbangan apa yang ngebuat gw masuk (baca: diterima) ke situ dan akhirnya minggu lalu ikut mewawancarai calon karyawan (outsource) khekhekhekhe..:D
